The object of the game is to free up space while also increasing Store by turn the rule of completion: if the last bead falls in a player's Store, the player can go again. When the last bead lands in one of the six pits on either side, the player can take the kernels from the opponents pit. Mancala bootstraps by giving each player 3-4 beads to each pit, then flipping a coin to let players begin distributing each seed or bead individually counterclockwise.
